1.What materials and processes do you support?
Common materials include carbon steel / stainless steel / aluminum / brass. Processes cover stamping, laser cutting, bending, welding, machining, and finishing (powder coating/painting/anodizing/plating).
2.What are your default tolerances and surface standards?
By default [ISO 2768-m] (or your company standard). Surface per [Ra / coating thickness / color code] unless otherwise specified on the drawing.
3.What is the MOQ?
Standard parts MOQ [X] pcs; customized parts depend on process/geometry, typically [Y–Z] pcs.
4.How long is a quotation valid?
[30] days from issue. If raw-material prices fluctuate over [5%], we will discuss adjustments before order confirmation.
5. Sample lead time and cost?
Samples in [5–10] working days. Sample fees [deductible / non-deductible] from mass order—see quotation.
